Each session includes digital, enhanced HDR photographs delivered via online download to real estate agent or homeowner within 24 hours after the session.
- Basic Session with up to 20 enhanced images - $119
Up to 2000 sq ft - Best for condo, townhouse or small house.
. - Regular Session with 35 to 40 enhanced images - $185
2000 to 4000 sq ft - Best for medium to large house.
. - Full Session with 55 to 65 enhanced images - $375
4000 sq ft and up - Best for large house.
Add on: Aerial Drone photo shoot with up to 10 images - $165
Add on: Video - exterior and walk trough of the house (2-3 min video) with a voiceover from agent or homeowner - $275

 | North Shore real estate photographer, Agnes Karejwo, specializes in residential and commercial real estate photography. Agnes honed her skills in photography since young age and she has a bachelor’s degree in photography from Warsaw School of Photography and Graphic Design. Since starting Northshore Pix in 2014, Agnes has shot hundreds of properties in the Chicagoland area and in other states, like Florida and Nevada. |
